Refund Policy

For subscriptions (e.g., Balanced Life 360, weekly billing), cancellation can be requested at any time and stops future charges. Refunds for the current cycle follow the conditions described in this policy.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, through the payment processor. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method.
